A Record for the 2024 Mille et une huîtres Evening
The 8th edition of the Mille et une huîtres evening, organized by the Paul-Leboeuf Foundation in support of the Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima’s services, took place on November 1, 2024. Once again, the event was a great success, welcoming nearly 350 guests. Attendees, partners, sponsors, donors, and online auction bidders showed incredible generosity. With much emotion, the organizers and the Foundation’s board members unveiled a check for $246,566, net of all expenses.
The Paul-Leboeuf Foundation is dedicated to ensuring the advancement of adapted services and the sustainability of the Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima’s facilities, thereby enhancing peace of mind for campers with special needs and their families.
The Foundation would like to sincerely thank the City of Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, official presenter; Sanivac, major partner; and EMI Montréal, Pearl Sponsor, for their tremendous contribution to the event.
“We are deeply touched by the generosity of everyone involved. The funds raised will, among other things, allow us to finance activities, purchase animation equipment, maintain the quality of our facilities, and provide training for our counselors and support staff,” concluded Steven Grenier, Executive Director of the Paul-Leboeuf Foundation and the Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima, with emotion.
