Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima Launches Its Summer Job Recruitment
Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima is pleased to announce the launch of its recruitment for the upcoming summer season. More than just a summer job, working at Fatima means taking part in a meaningful human experience, in an environment where fun at work, friendships, and outdoor living take center stage.
Each summer, nearly 80 students join a dynamic and welcoming team, guided by passionate professionals: Guillaume Roberge, Director of Operations; Philippe Dupré-Deslandes, Assistant Director of Programs; and Marika Rhéaume, Assistant Director of Specialized Programs. Employees benefit from structured training and ongoing support, allowing them to develop concrete skills in facilitation, group management, and leadership.
The work takes place mainly outdoors, in the heart of an exceptional natural setting. Employees actively participate in the many activities offered, such as sports, group games, and outdoor activities, fostering an active, stimulating, and inclusive work environment.
