A 9th Edition Marked by Warmth and Generosity for Mille et une huîtres

The 9th edition of the Mille et une huîtres evening, organized by the Paul-Leboeuf Foundation in support of the Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima, once again demonstrated the strength and heart of an entire community. On November 1, 350 guests gathered at Chêne-Bleu High School for a festive and gourmet evening where solidarity was shared at every table.

Thanks to the generosity of guests, partners, sponsors, donors, and online auction bidders, the Foundation is proud to announce that the event alone raised a net total of $224,484, after all expenses.

For nine years, Mille et une huîtres has been much more than a fundraising dinner: it is a moment of sharing, laughter, and emotion, all in support of a cause that touches the hearts of everyone who discovers it. Each fall, the event brings together volunteers, collaborators, and local businesses united by the same desire to offer support, joy, and moments of happiness to campers with special needs at the Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima.

“Seeing so many people come together to support our mission is deeply moving. Thanks to you, we can continue to offer adapted, safe, and joy-filled stays. Every donation and every gesture made this evening brings us closer to our collective dream: preserving this unique place where our campers finally find their place,” shared with emotion Steven Grenier, Executive Director of the Paul-Leboeuf Foundation and the Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima.

The Foundation would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to its many partners, including the City of Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, official presenter of the event; Sanivac, major partner; and Serconam, Pearl Sponsor, for their unwavering support.
