THE CENTRE NOTRE-DAME-DE-FATIMA WINS THE 2022 "COUP DE CHAPEAU" AT THE ANNUAL CONGRESS OF THE ASSOCIATION DES CAMPS DU QUÉBEC.
On November 16, at its annual gala, the Association des Camps du Québec (ACQ) highlighted the quality of its member's projects.
This year, 14 projects were selected as finalists for the various ACQ awards. During the "Salon des finalistes" which preceded the gala, conference participants were able to learn
more about the finalist projects and vote for their favorite in order to elect the 2022 "Hats off". The Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima won the hearts of the delegates
and which earned the "Coup de chapeau" thanks to the E-S-D program: The human being at the heart of the development of the camps, the Centre aims to provide supervision, support and development of camp staff through an annual plan including individual meetings,
adapted training, daily coaching, avant-garde evaluation grids and concrete development tools.
